Seasonal Rentals Properties rented as a 1-4 month lease sometime up to 6 month usually during the height of the winter or summer season to families or groups who use it as second a home. The guests take care of all utilities and cleaning.

Long Term Rentals Properties rented normally 6 months to a year or longer and the guests take full occupancy of home. The guests also take care of all utilities and cleaning.
